Every great journey, every path which leads towards a goal needs to have a preparation for body and mind. We begin to enter in the experience, we dream of it, we begin to taste it and feel it, to experience the rising adrenaline.

Prepare for the hard work, for the beauty and for the strength with warm-up exercises for the body, stretching exercises with Yoga, Yoga to warm-up the legs, feet and body. Yoga to feel your feet on the ground because they remain raised for many hours. Yoga to awaken the body and let it flow the energy and the strength. Yoga also helps to awaken the mind and the eyes which will allow us to enjoy the beauty of the landscapes that we will meet. It will also help to awaken the breath which will allow us to completely feel the sensations that we will live during the journey.
