ART. 4 – APPROVAL, CONSENT, AUTHORIZATION, ETC.
By requesting to participate in any of the ways outlined in these regulations, each participant, from the moment of registration:
• Declares that they have read and approved these Regulations and accept every part of it;
• Guarantees their behavior during and after the event;
• Declares that they are in good physical condition and provides the organization with the broadest waiver for any damage they may suffer due to participation in the event;
• The organization declines all responsibility for itself and its collaborators for accidents or damage to people or things that may occur before, during, or after the event, or as a result of the event. The organization also reserves the right to exclude anyone who behaves improperly before, during, or after the event;
• Consents to the use of their data, including but not limited to the publication of their name in relation to the event results on the website www.bameurope.it, in accordance with Article 13 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Articles 12, 13, and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016.
ART. 5 – WAIVER FOR USE OF IMAGES
The undersigned grants the organizers full consent for the use, in the manner allowed by law, even for commercial purposes, of any video or photographic image taken during the event, allowing the organization to transfer these images to third parties.
This authorization for the use of their image is granted indefinitely and without territorial limits worldwide, for use in publications, videos, and various materials, including, but not limited to, promotional and/or advertising materials produced on all media. The organization may also transfer the rights to third parties and its institutional and commercial partners.
ART. 6 – WAIVER FOR USE OF IMAGES OF MINORS
The undersigned, as the parent/guardian of the child (see details above), AUTHORIZES the use of the minor’s personal data and image taken during the event for possible publication on the internet, in print, on TV, in exhibitions, etc., provided that their dignity and decorum are not compromised. The undersigned relieves the event organizers of any responsibility regarding the improper use of the provided personal data and images by third parties.
ART. 7 – PROCESSING AND REGISTRATION OF PERSONAL DATA
The personal data of all participants will be processed and registered in accordance with current legislation.

USER RIGHTS
Article 13, paragraph 2 of EU Regulation 2016/679 lists the user’s rights.
The bameurope.it website intends to inform users of the existence:
• Of the right of the data subject to request access to their personal data (Article 15 of the EU Regulation), their updating (Article 7, paragraph 3, letter a) of Legislative Decree 196/2003), rectification (Article 16 of the EU Regulation), integration (Article 7, paragraph 3, letter a) of Legislative Decree 196/2003), or limitation of the processing (Article 18 of the EU Regulation), or to object, for legitimate reasons, to the processing (Article 21 of the EU Regulation), as well as the right to data portability (Article 20 of the EU Regulation);
• Of the right to request deletion (Article 17 of the EU Regulation), anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data that no longer need to be kept in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or further processed (Article 7, paragraph 3, letter b) of Legislative Decree 196/2003);
• Of the right to obtain certification that the data update, rectification, integration, deletion, blocking, or transformation has been communicated, also regarding their content, to those to whom the data was communicated or disclosed, except when this proves impossible or involves disproportionate means in relation to the protected right (Article 7, paragraph 3, letter c) of Legislative Decree 196/2003).

If the processing is based on Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) – express consent for use – or Article 9, paragraph 2, letter a) – express consent for the use of genetic, biometric, health-related, religious beliefs, philosophical beliefs, union membership, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions data – the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to the withdrawal.
If the processing is based on Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) – express consent for use – or Article 9, paragraph 2, letter a) – express consent for the use of genetic, biometric, health-related, religious beliefs, philosophical beliefs, union membership, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions data – the user has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to the withdrawal.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO NON-EU COUNTRIES
This site may share some of the collected data with services located outside the European Union, particularly with Google, Facebook, and Microsoft (LinkedIn) via social plugins and the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorized and strictly regulated by Article 45, paragraph 1 of EU Regulation 2016/679, so no further consent is required. The above-mentioned companies ensure their adherence to the Privacy Shield.
Data will never be transferred to third countries that do not comply with the conditions provided by Article 45 et seq. of the EU Regulation.
DATA SECURITY
This site processes user data lawfully and correctly, adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or destruction of data. Processing is done through computer and/or telematic tools, with organizational methods and logics strictly related to the purposes indicated.
