🚪 How to Enter BAM!

When you arrive, you’ll find us waiting for you at the entrance.

If you’re camping with us in the villa park, we’ll give you a wristband to access the camping area, along with all the information you’ll need.

If you’re not staying with us, no worries: BAM! is free and open to everyone.

We simply ask you to register. You can do it on-site via QR code or online here.

Show us your confirmation email and collect your wristband to enter the villa grounds 🎟️

📱 Stay Updated During the Festival

At least for the duration of BAM!, we recommend joining our WhatsApp channel to receive real-time updates throughout the event.

We’ll only use it for practical information, schedule updates, and, after the event, to share stories from the world of bicycle travel.

No chatter 😇

📅 Villa Opening Hours

Friday: 1:00 PM – Midnight

Saturday: 9:00 AM – Midnight

Sunday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

After midnight, the park gates will be closed and monitored, and entry will no longer be possible.

Anyone not staying overnight at BAM! must leave the venue by midnight.

🚲 Bikes, Safety, and Above All, Common Sense

Don’t leave your belongings unattended, and bring a lock for your beloved bicycle 🔒

We’ll provide bike barriers where you can secure your bike, and there will be security staff on-site day and night, but it’s always best to stay vigilant.

Important: please do not lean your bicycle against stone structures (columns, statues, stone benches) or trees.

Use the bike barriers available throughout the park, or simply leave your bike on the grass, perhaps next to your tent. We have plenty of space.

⛺ If You’re Camping

First of all, once you’ve entered the grounds, find one of our volunteers or visit the INFO POINT to learn where you can pitch your tent.

If it rains (it can happen), the camping area may become damp or wet, so bring a groundsheet or plastic tarp to place underneath your tent 🌧️

Make sure your tent is securely anchored with pegs.

If you’ve rented a pre-pitched tent, remember to bring your sleeping mat and sleeping bag 🛏️

🎒 Things We Recommend Bringing

🔦 A headlamp (it will be dark at night) and bike lights if you plan to ride after sunset.

🧻 Toilet paper and 🧼 soap (we’ll have some available, but it’s always better to be self-sufficient).

🦟 Mosquito repellent. We’ll carry out mosquito control treatment on Thursday, but we’re in a park with several lakes, and mosquitoes love the blood of travelers.

☀️ Sunscreen and a hat (optimistic scenario).

🌧️ A waterproof jacket (pessimistic scenario).

🧺 A picnic blanket or ground mat. The park is large and beautiful, and a picnic is always a good idea.

🚿 Toilets, Showers, and Water

There will be toilets and showers 🚿 specially rented for the event.

Please help us keep them clean (a dedicated staff will be taking care of them) and try to use water responsibly 💧

The villa’s drinking water point 🚰 is located inside the restroom area, where you can refill your water bottle.

♻️ Help Us Leave the Park Better Than We Found It

Please help us with proper waste separation and recycling.

When you’ve finished eating, please free up your table for those arriving after you. Small gestures make the area more welcoming for everyone.

To be more sustainable, we’ve produced a reusable beer cup 🍺

Since it’s slightly larger than a disposable cup, you’ll receive a little more beer with every purchase.

You can get yours at the BAM! Info Point. It’s also a great souvenir from the event and something you can continue using back home on your couch 🛋️

🍔 Good Food and Cold Beer

You’ll find several food vendors 🍔 offering something for every taste.

And of course, plenty of beer 🍺

🐶 Furry Friends Welcome

Furry friends are welcome, but they must always be kept on a leash 🐶

Please remind them that they’re in a historic park that deserves to be enjoyed with care and respect.

🏛️ We Are Guests in a Wonderful Villa

Villa Contarini is a very special place.

Please respect the nature 🌳, the historic structures, and the animals that live here.

❌ Do not tie or hang anything from the trees (including hammocks).

❌ Lighting fires and using any kind of open flame, including gas stoves, is strictly prohibited (for obvious reasons).

❌ Swimming in the lake or canals is strictly forbidden and extremely dangerous ⚠️
